in our forum users can post without registering. When they want to post, they have to fill in Author Name, Author Email and Topic Title. BUT only the Topic Title is signed with an asterisk (picture enclosed). So our users get the impression, they only have to fill in the Topic Title. When they dont fill in Author Name oder Author Email and submit the post, everything they have written gets deleted and they get no message, that in order to post they have to fill in all three things.
So my question is: Is there a setting to put asterisks also to the field Author Name or Author Email? And is there a setting that if the user doesnt fill in all three things they get a message like: "Please fill in Author Name, Author Email and Topic Title"?

I'll suggest you check the wpForo – Topic Custom Fields add-on. The add-on allows you to add and manage custom fields in your forum topics.
In your case, you just need to edit the Author Name and Author Email field and make it required. Screenshots below:
