I see you have some cool avatars here. Can that be set automatically somewhere or must be individually for each user? ( I played with the general setting in wpforo admin but don't see the changes )

wpForo uses WordPress Avatar System. Also wpForo allows to upload custom avatar in profile settings. On ur forum we use WordPress avatars. You can manage this in Dashboard > Settings > Discussions page.
