@jesus,

You should sue CSS code for this.

In this post you can find useful information:  https://wpforo.com/community/postid/26838/

Thanks Sofy, Should I must do/try all changes in THIS AND ONLY place:

Foro/config/styles/ customise code CSS?

Or are there other "hidden files" I could edit? * The reason I ask this its because being myself not too good with coding, its way easier for me to "edit" an existing file using the logic, than working something from scratch LOL

Thanks 🙂

@jesus,

The CSS codes should be added in the "Custom CSS code" textarea, located in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles Tab.

Thanks Sofy :). Yes exactly, just like I say above with other words as I read it in spanish then translate into english 🙂

But what I meant is: (please dont bother if answer its too complicate, Im good with "logic" but not so good with coding so I may not know what Im talking about lol....)

Could I act on the "original files"? I mean, Im pretty much sure most of the original files should be self-explanatory and as my needed/wanted changes will always be just pretty much aesteticals, meaning colours and so on....???

*Thought I supposse if I were to edit original files any changes would be overrided when new updates, correct? thought, I have also think to remember having read a documentation on you guys where these files can be moved apart or something like hence, feasible should be, correct? Now, whats easier that will be a chapter apart I would imagine 🙂

I located the problem which is that its calling "far fa bell" which I suppose its an icon with a particular color and that its suppossed to change to black in mouseover or more securily, which have a border in mouseout and loose said border on mouseover. Its this correct?

It so happens that my background in there have to be precisely black hence...

- Do I need to use these icons yes or yes or can I use different icons?

- Because I suppose a black fa-icon cannot be changed its colour using css?, or could?

Thanks 🙂
