I ran into a weird issue after updating one of my plugins. Now when I visit my site, all I see is a blue screen—nothing else loads. No error messages, just that screen.

So far, I’ve tried:

  • Clearing my browser and site cache

  • Disabling plugins via FTP

  • Switching back to the default theme

Still stuck. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Would really appreciate any tips or suggestions on how to fix it.

First, please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug Tab > [Errors & Issues] Sub Tab and check for any errors. If you find any, please let us know.

Then go to wpForo > Tools > Database Tables Tab and click the [Repair] button if you see any issues

Found some errors in the Errors & Issues tab and fixed them. Also ran the Database Tables repair, which cleared up a few problems. Since then, things have been stable and no more blue screen of death, seems like it’s all sorted now.
