First please put this CSS code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS textarea to fix the big size of Tab Titles:
.wpforo-activity h2.entry-title{ font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600;}

I think its appearance under buddypress tab needs redesign to look same as forum itself under /community. Now, the appearance is too way different from Wpforo.
