@tazing editing the CSS will not affect mail delivery. Are there any errors in your mail or Apache logs ? Are you able to send any mail from the WordPress platform ?

CSS doesn't have any relation to emails. I don't understand why are you mentioning CSS. CSS is just a code for webpage styling. What is the issue with Email?

In fact the members who register on my forum they can post their message without delay Moderation I put User definie by default please help me to solve this
