Making a long history short?, couldI change the foro URL without affecting in anyway AT ALL after I have already a number of subscribers and posts?

For ranking:
Do you prefer in the url, just the word "foro" (in whichever language)
Or for example on mi case as contains the main keyword (to make it easy with an example),
"foro-of-piano"
