Can I create a Q&A forum where only the admin add topics, and users only can answer and comment there (user can't create a topic)?

Hi tribuh,

yes, it's possible, you just need to uncheck the "Can create topic" permission and make sure the  "Can post reply" permission is checked.

I have 13 created forums but I want only one of them with this restrictions settings. Hope you understand my question now.
