Hi! So happy to have found this awesome plugin. Yet, I've a similar problem.
As an admin I opened a thread in one of the forums and I got an error too. Then the title of the thread shows up but when clicking nothing appears, I can't even erase it.
I checked everything you mentioned, but the problem persists. Just in case, this is the forum and the "Sinuhe, el egipcio" can't be erased.

Please let us know what error are you getting? It'd be better if you provide us some screenshots of the issue.
