I no longer seem to have the facility to enter Anchors directly into the visual editor?

My menu at the top now looks like this.
There used to be an insert anchor symbol I think?
I don't use it very often so I can't remember it but I have anchors in other posts.

wpForo never has the anchor button in the editor. Probably you've used the "Insert/edit link" button or you have installed some other plugin that added additional buttons.
