I posted a request on the pro forum to explain the cache. Hopefully, someone will help out. I have the W3 cache plug-in and excluded the wpforo links as instructed. Meanwhile, I really appreciate you trying to help. For some reason, I am not getting it. If I get a good explanation from Pro Add support. I will post it here. here is the link

On this issue, I feel like you need to explain this so a five-year-old can understand. I hate to admit that, but it is true.

Thank you again; it is very much appreciated.

@danno6116

I don't use W3 Total Cache, so I can't test anything.
However, W3 Total Cache is still active in your forum, as you can see for yourself in the source code of your forum.

W3TC in general is an open invitation for trouble.

Not needed in 2024, other much more easy and stable Page caching exist for Wordpress.

Pro support solved this for me. They are awesome. It was so simple. I missed this a hundred times. I thought this was in phrases, but it was not. It was in the WpForo "Member Fields" > "Fields Manager Area" area. The link explains this.

Here you can manage fields settings (label, description, placeholder, icons...) and add/remove custom fields. This is a field manager page

Link explaining

You can close this as solved. Thank you
