Having hell of a time trying to make everything right.
First issue
When users create an account via Register link on WPForo banner they never get a confirmation / activation email to log in.
Second:
I thought ok, so all the users that are inactive ill copy emails and click forgot password send them new links done..
Not so much – with https://vancouveraudiclub.ca/lost-password/ Leads me to
“This page doesn't seem to exist”
i have disabled the use forum settings, cleared cache… nothing.
ive spent hours trying to figure this out and just ugh.. im drained.

When users create an account via Register link on WPForo banner they never get a confirmation / activation email to log in.
The user registration process is under WordPress control, not wpForo. wpForo only provides with the registration form, other processes are performed by WordPress.
The most of email sending issues are server and site-specific issues so we can't help in these cases. We have a good list for website admins to find the reason and fix it. please read this FAQ post:

i dont get this part
Make sure the "From Email" (Forums > Settings > Email) is not the same subscriber email.
My from email on WPforo is a new email i just made Noreply@Vancouveraudiclub
as for the forgot password..
The issue is when i enter an email in i get the error code No_password_reset
