Is there a way to limit posts / topics per minute? Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that users unintentionally create the same topic twice.

Hi @nhungthientai,
This limitation already exists. For new registered users, it’s 10 seconds, admins and regular users, it’s 5 seconds.
