No clue. I'm sorry but I don't know what's exactly wrong on your website. If you don't have important data I'd recommend Uninstall (not deactivate) to delete all forum data, then delete wpForo plugin, then search and install it again.
Also please use PO/MO files for translation if the Phrase system doesn't work for you. More info:
