I have two issues with the cover image:
- As an admin, I can change the cover image under settings, but it does not appear on the users’ profiles.
- In the user profile, users cannot change their cover image at all. A zoomed-in version of the avatar appears as the cover image, and the icon to change it is also not displayed.
I am not using a cache plugin, and the database does not show any errors either.

Please clear the wpForo and browser caches before checking.

Thank you very much for the quick response. I had already cleared both the forum cache and the browser cache. The 'Min number of posts to be able to edit profile information' is set to 0 in wpForo Spam Control. The forum was migrated from MyBB.
Please register some new testing user and send the user's login details with your forum URL to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to debug the issue

Please make sure the “Front – Can upload cover” permission is enabled in the Usergroup Add/Edit section.
You’ll need to edit each usergroup one by one and check that each relevant “Can” permission is properly set.
Dear @sofy, these settings have already been set for all user groups (see image) with the exception of guests.
