Hi,
I am using extended layout, is there any way i can have add topic button on the right top?
any url for add topic ?
i am using flatsome, and if I have a link for add topic, i can create a button myself.

No necessary to create a button, please see my suggestion below:
1. Copy the topic.php file in the /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/wpf-themes/classic/ folder to your current active theme's folder as described here: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/forum-themes/theme-customization/
2. In the coped file change the location of the "Add topic" button as you like.
