Hi,
I know this may sound odd but I would like to create a series of topics under different forums from a text/excel file, the file will contain the forum title and the topic title, I also want to add some wording into the topic, I am looking at about 80 topics which is why I do not want to do each one manually.

Ok, I see. You ask for some kind of importer. File to Forum converter. You should find some developer for creating this kind of program.
