Hello wpForo Support,
I’m using wpForo with Paid Memberships Pro integration on https://bainsderivatifs.fr
I have a question about these settings in:
wpForo > Settings > Login & Registration
“Custom redirect URLs after the following actions”
Default URLs shown:
- /participant/profile/
- /participant/account/
- /participant/subscriptions/
I entered this custom URL in all three fields:
https://bainsderivatifs.fr/community/equipage/
However, after saving, wpForo still redirects users to the default /participant/profile/, /participant/account/ and /participant/subscriptions/ URLs.
My question:
Do these fields actually override those internal wpForo participant URLs, or are they only used in specific cases / third-party authorization pages?
If they should override them, what else must be enabled for the custom redirect to work?
Thank you,
Aïmata
Dear Aïmata,
In this case you should use the "Custom Authorization URLs" option. Please read carefully this documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/settings/login-registration/#custom-authorization-urls
Hello Sofy,
Thank you. I already configured the Custom Authorization URLs and saved the settings, but it still does not change the behavior.
wpForo continues redirecting to its internal participant URLs instead of using my custom URLs.
So at this point, it seems that either:
-
these Custom Authorization URLs do not override the /participant/... URLs in this specific case,
-
or another mechanism is taking priority.
Could you please confirm clearly whether the “Custom Authorization URLs” option is supposed to override these internal participant/profile/account URLs in a PMPro setup?
If not, could you tell me exactly which setting, hook, or integration method should be used?
Best regards,
Aïmata
