Hello.
Yesterday after we upgraded to WP 4.7.4, i enabled debug.log (i always do after an update of WP).
Adding a new Topic, i saw on the top right a message from wpForo that can't subscribe or something like that.
Checking the logs, i see the following db error once.
[23-Apr-2017 05:15:40 UTC] WordPress database error Duplicate entry '47-topic-2' for key 'itemid' for query INSERT INTO `wp_wpforo_subscribes` (`itemid`, `type`, `confirmkey`, `userid`, `active`) VALUES (47, 'topic', '7d326292eb437f0417c93f45554598ce', 2, 1) made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-load.php'), require_once('wp-config.php'), require_once('wp-settings.php'), do_action('init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, wpForo->init, wpforo_actions, wpForoTopic->add, do_action('wpforo_after_add_topic'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, wpforo_topic_auto_subscribe, wpForoSubscribe->add
BUT i was subscribed to the topic despite the error !!! I was also able to unsubscribe and subscribe again without any error.
I'm running PHP 7.0.18 and 10.0.29-MariaDB-cll-lve - MariaDB Serverwith LiteSpeed.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
I'm sorry but I have no clue why it happens. I think this is a single case. Just monitor it 1-2 days and let us know if this issue persists.
