How do I go about deleted a large topic that is now closed? This topic has just over 2900 posts. When I select DELETE and I confirm it, I get the rotating "Working" in the upper right corner and nothing happens. After an hour it will still be doing that and the topic is still in tact and all the posts are as well.

 

Am I doing something wrong here? Just not waiting long enough? Any tips would be great.

Hi,

Please provide the information from the error.log file so we can investigate the issue further.
Additionally, try increasing the value of the max_execution_time directive. This may easily resolve the problem.
