Is there a way to disable My Profile > Account?
My WPress memebers is registered from another website, and then added to the WPress members using the WPress REST API create user , so that these users can use the Forum function of the WPress website.
We do not provide registration function on the WPress website, not let members edit account and passwords. the account change is all managed through another website.
Can your help me ? Thanks.

Forum Accesses are different sets of permissions (CAN‘s) designed to help forum admins control (allow/restrict) users’ actions in each forum. You can manage it on Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page.
Each Usergroup has own set of permissions. Usergroup permissions are designed to control users’ accesses and actions in Dashboard and on Frontend. By default, there are five Usergroups in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page.
So these permissions are located in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page:
- Can View Members
- Can View Profiles
