I'd like to disable attachments when posting a topic. How can i do this?

Please specify the Usergroup you want to restrict from attaching files.

Guests don't have permissions to attach files.

For others navigate to Forums > Settings > Forum Access admin page. Edit these forum accesses:

Standard access
Moderator access

And uncheck/disable the "Can attach file" permission.
