Hi I would like to set WPForo to show members Display Name in their posts. At the moment it is showing their UserName - although one (Greg Fielder who is an admin) is showing their Display Name as I would like to happen - see screenshot. How can I fix this so that everyone is showing their Display Name.

Just to clarify. we are setting up the members from within WP Membership which gives them a username and password to access the members area and then the Forum.

wpForo does show the Display Names. It doesn't show usernames.
