I've recently had issues with a troll on my forum and now all his posts are by Anonymous, rather than his username.
As Anonymous, the lack of an avatar has also broken the layout a bit.
When a member deletes their own profile, do they become Anonymous? And how can I prevent the layout from breaking as a result?
I am also using Ultimate Member so I am not sure this is the right place for this question.

Yes, if a user doesn't exists the author name of that user topics and posts becomes Anonymous. However it should not break the layout. This is a site specific issue and only exists on your forum. Please leave some URL to allow us debug the problem CSS/HTML.
