Hey i can not do anything to the plugin since used a plugin to delete all my plugins and reset everything ever since then the wpforo doesn't have any admins which means i can't do anything to it I've uninstalled it through filezila and in the wp dashboard many times i still cant fix it i need help.

I hope you have access to Dashboard > Plugins admin page.

If so please install wpForo then click on Uninstall red link next to the Edit button.

This will remove all wpForo configurations and permissions. They you just need to activate it again.
