I download a new download plugin yesterday, it was Download manager, please see attached picture. When I finished download, my original file on the download page disappeared. I guess that because I am using the new plugin I download yesterday.
But now I can not deactivate the Download manager. what should I do to get my page back?

And I can not deactivate this plugin-Download manager. When I try to deactivate it, it only shows this attached page.

@dimalifragis I have no idea, after this page happened hundreds of times, finally, I deactivate the plugin-(Download manager). And then the original page came back. I have no idea how the problem fixed.
