Hey! Where can I set that new members are authorized to customize their profile? I just can not figure it out. As admin I have this function. Thanks a lot!

Naviagte and to Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Spam Protection and Check "Min number of posts to be able to edit profile information" option.
