Where can i find and edit or delete tags?

You just need to edit the post, then delete or edit the tag you want. See the screenshot below:

I think what the OP means is a global editor for all tags, like the one of WP.

I have double tags or missoformed that i need to edit them or delete them

As far as I can tell this can be only done via direct edits in the database on the wpforo tags table. Of course extreme caution is required if going that route.
