Firstly i'd just like to say thanks for putting together a superb plugin, been working on our site for a few days now and am about ready to go live.
Just a question regarding emails and the registration process, although i'm sure i'll have others.
1. How do I set it that the user receives an email on registration to the forum??
2. How do I put recaptcha on the registration form?

If you mean email confirmation you should navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page and enable "Email confirmation on registration" option.
