Any chance to integrate google.com/recaptcha soon ?
I'm asking because there are a lot of BOTS who use the forum registration page to spam register accounts 🙂

Try some reCAPTCHA plugins like SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam, enable this only for registration. You can also try others. We're currently working on wpForo Akismet integration, it'll be available on near future releases.
And as a tip: most of those compatible with wpForo registration page if the "Email confirmation" is enabled.
I had this same issue of span registrations. I have used plugin WP-SpamShield and it seems to be working great.

I've installed and tried it today (SI), using it without the mail confirmation for registration.
Works great with wpForo.
SI CAPTCHA seems to have stopped working with it's latest update. Does anyone know how to to make it work? I don't know how WP works under the hood, but can someone tell me how a captcha plugin that is written for the "generic WP registration" is supposed to work with "wpforo registration"?
