There's an error in the Topic content minimum length and Topic content maximum length.
The topic min and max length settings instead applies to Post content minimum & maximum length settings. WHILE the Post content minimum length & Post content maximum length isn't effective.
Please check this.

Ok, thank you for letting us know. We'll check and fix if there is a problem in the next update. At the moment, there is no way to fix it, it should be fixed in the plugin functions and files.
