I use Loco Translate to change language errors in the Swedish translation. But after updating it goes back to the original translation with the errors. This is very time consuming to change every time after a update.

How do I solve this?

Yes, because this plugin stores PO/Mo file in wpForo language directory. When you update wpForo all files are deleted. You should download the translation files and send to us, we'll add those in core files.
