Hi,

I just enabled Facebook login on my WPForo plugin. One odd thing that I noticed is that it adds the user's Facebook profile as their website.

Is there anything that I can do to change this behavior?

I'm sorry but there is no way to change it. You can restrict other users to see the FB registered user website. just disable the "Front - Can view member website" permission for Registered usergroup in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page.
