Hmmm, I hadn't thought about ad blockers being the problem, but maybe that's worth checking into. I'll ask them if they are running ad blockers and see if disabling for our website fixes the problem.
The ones that had script blockers running were using Chrome browser extensions called "NoScript", which would block Javascript routines.
