Hi, I have a problem. I set a favicon for my website in the general settings of WordPress, but when the site is indexed and shown in Google search results, the favicon doesn't appear. What could be the issue and how can I fix it? Also, the website is running on a subdomain.

Hi,

Please make sure you've updated your sitemap in Google Search Console to help Google discover your favicon.

Additionally, clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure you're not viewing a cached version of your website.
