my featured image isn't showing up on the forum page. It used to but now it's gone. It's still showing that the featured image is uploaded but it doesn't appear on the page.

Hi @miaradhs,
I don't follow you... What is a featured image on the forum page? wpForo doesn't have a featured image. All other parts of the page are built by the WordPress theme. If your pages have a featured image then they should be displayed by your theme, not by wpForo.
