[Solved] Forum always appears at the top of the page

I am trying to create a page that includes a forum at the bottom of the page. No matter where I put the shortcode, however, the forum defaults to the very top of the page.

Is there a way to fix this?

First navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Features admin page and set Yes the "Enable Output Buffer" option. Then delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on front end.
