I was trying to set up my SEO and after I finished I discovered that my forum page magically disappeared. I have attached a screenshot. I can't figure out what happened and I do not know how to fix it. Help! Please send help and snacks.

Hi @katavallo,

I see the issue.

1. Please deactivate (NOT uninstall) the plugin, delete it, then find, install and activate the wpForo again. Delete all caches and check again.

2. If it doesn't help, navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Errors & Issues admin page let us know if you see any issues. Also, click on the Tables tab and click the [Solve Database Problems] button if you see any DB issues.

3. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General admin page, make sure the "Turn WordPress to wpForo" option is unchecked.

4. On the same page, find the value of the forum ID, compare it with the page ID where the [wpforo] shortcode is located, make sure those are the same.

Okay, I still need some help. I followed everything that you suggested and it did not resolve it. I did get lost on option 4 that you gave, as I could not find the page ID or the value of the forum ID in Forum Settings.

I think that the problem is that somehow the forum only appears on https://katavallo.org/community and not at https://katavallo.org/ like I want it to be. Is there someway that I can fix that?

@katavallo,

I've just checked your forum. The issue is already solved. Please watch the video:

In this case you should Enable the "Turn WordPress to wpForo" option. Please read attentively the option description before enabling it. https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-page/turn-wordpress-to-wpforo/
