How I can post new topic with local language like as Chinese, Thai,...etc.
after post message getting error "404 Oops! The page you requested was not found!"
Please kindly to advise how to resolve this problem.

Could you please tell me a little more about the issue? And when exactly are you running into this error? Does this happen when you use only Chinese, Thai?

I found issue as below step.
1. Click "Add Topic" button
2. input topic title and body with Chinese Language
3.Click "Add Topic" button for post topic
4. get error "404 Oops! The page you requested was not found!"

We'll need admin accesses for further support. Please change the user role to admin and let us know. Please make sure the user is the administrator in WordPress as well.
