Hi all, again, 

The attached image shows my website not properly displaying in another web browser (Opera) while not logged into the website. It also shows this on my phone. But when I log into the WP dashboard, everything displays fine. 

Is this common?, and is there a fix for this?.

Sorry for the late response, I really wanted to use Wordpress and WPforo to create a forum, but I thought since I have a license with vBulletin already I might as well use that. If I ever create another website with WP I will use WP Foro for any forum needs, thanks for your response.
