My WP logged me out today and when I try to go to 'grownfolksoc.com/wp-admin' it brings me to the forum log in. When I log in there it just goes back to the log in page and doesn't log me min. I've used password reset and nothing is allowing me to log in.

What makes you believe that the "forums" not allow you to login ? I mean the whole login/registration is handled by Wordpress and not by wpForo.
Do you use WordPress.com authorization? Please make sure you don't have 3rd party login integration. wpForo doesn't have direct relation to login process, it just sends username and password to WordPress login functions. It's probably WP configuration or user specific issue. Also try to delete all cookies of your browser or use other browsers.
