Got this error if topic length more than 40 characters.

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Can I specific maximum length for new Topics ?

Ok, I saw many topics at wpForo Forum now not yet control title maximum length.
Go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and check your PHP Max Post Size, let us know how much it is.

Try with another browser or clean the current browser cache and try again, if this wouldn't work increase the post max size and try again. Let us know the result.

You will need to contact your hosting providers for help.
Ok, I have fixed by remove Longer Permalinks plugin and use other plugin to improve seo. Now my wpForo working fine.
