I'm having this thread which is an exact duplicate of another thread but with a different thread title. Both threads link to the same posts but when the second thread title is clicked then the displayed page does not show any posts in it. See image '1' for the two threads as shown in the list. 'Invalid X Frame' is the one that comes up empty if clicked.
This 'empty' thread also always shows up in the unread posts list.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Just to add another image. This one (2) shows the page when the 'Invalid X Frame' thread is clicked.

Have you deleted the caches before checking?
First of all please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on the [Delete all caches] button. If you use some additional cache plugins delete those plugins caches as well and press CTRL+F5 on the forum frontend.
If it doesn't help leave some example URL to allow us to check it.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately deleting the cache didn't solve the problem. Access to the forum will need me to send you login details to the site. Is there a way i can send them via private message or email to you?

Hi @mikep,
Please try to find and delete the "Invalid X frame" topic from Dashboard. The published topics and post you can find on Dashboard > Forums > Moderation > Published subtab.

It's a very strange issue. It'd be easy for us to check the issue if you provide us admin login details. Could you please change the role of the testing user to admin, to allow us to debug the issue and provide some solution for you.
