Thank you, I did not know it was a private thread. I wrestled with the problem yesterday thinking that it was a javascript optimization problem. The only thing that resolved the problem for me was downgrading the plugin back to 1.7.5 (still didn't work) and then upgrading back to 1.7.7. Everything suddenly started working again.
Granted, that doesn't make sense to me at all, especially since the downgrade did nothing to affect the problem.
