When I click on the "answer" or "add comment" buttons to comment on a post a blue ring spins around in the top right corner of the page and nothing happens. From what I've seen on this site it should slide the page down to the comment section. Let me know if you can help me out.

The blue spinner happens to me when I test in IE 11. Works fine with same user in Chrome. Have not tried FireFox or Safari.
