Hello, I paid someone who will not answer me back. to add forums to a page (my son is helping his neighbor out).
No one can post without registering, and when anyone tries to register the program thinks they are a bot. Even hostgator tech support couldn't figure it out and referred me to this forum.

First please disable all security and reCAPTCHA plugins in Dashboard > Plugins admin page. Then delete all caches and test it again. Some plugin affects the wpForo registration function. You should find the plugin which does that by disabling all and enabling one by one.
Second, please note, that by default only registered users can create topics and post replies. If you want to allow the not-registered users to post, you should enable Guest Posting using this instruction: https://gvectors.com/how-to-enable-guest-posting-on-wpforo-wordpress-forum-plugin/
