how to hide admin bar for users different than admin?

General Settings > Show Admin Bar for Usergroups 😉
visit my german wpForo Community > Tutrix.de
with lots of customization & modification, e.g. hover cards, topic/post preview on mouseover, chatbox and much more...

Done. Checked only Admin in Show Admin Bar for Usergroups but the the top black bar still visible also for others rule.

Then a setting in your WP theme or a plugin overrides the wpForo settings
