Limited Support
Our team is currently on holiday, so support will be limited during this period. Response times may be slower than usual, and some inquiries may be delayed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll resume our usual support by the end of August.
Hello - we are building a community site for members and will be sending the registration link directly to those individuals. How do I remove the registration link from public access but still maintain a page I can send people?
And I notice on the registration page now I get a message about "Not Secure" How can I create a secure and private registration page?
Thank you, Toby
No Thoughts? I am willing to pay for a bit of tech support.
Hi TobyGelston,
wpForo is the same WordPress registration page with different design and URL. WordPress/wpForo Registration page can be secured using reCATCHA or other antispam solutions. You can remove wpForo registration page from menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus admin page. Just select wpForo Navigation menu and manage menu items. More info in wpForo Documentation:
https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-menu/
Once the registration page is removed you can send your forum registration page URL, example:
http:// example.com /community/?wpforo=signup
The red part is your forum root. By default it's /community/
