Why does wpforo hijack my entire website? I use the plugin to provide a discussion forum for our community members. When the users (including me, the admin) attempt to get back to the home page, we are not allowed and always default to the members profile. I have edited as many settings that I can find to force wpforo to redirect home or to a specific page. HELP!

wpForo doesn't do that. You must have a wrong configuration somewhere.

Hi @lonestardigital,

It is almost impossible to follow your changes and configuration and help you via forum discussion. I recommend uninstall wpForo and install it again if you don't have forums and topics. The uninstall button in Dashboard > Plugins admin page will delete all forums and topic and even settings with configurations.

Once the plugin uninstalled, go to Pages admin page, search for wpforo and delete all pages associated with wpForo. Then start again by installing the plugin again. It should work without any other configuration, just navigate to /community/ path and the forum should be there.
