In my forum I doubled the home (and that's bad for google) this https://forocomprasonline.com/ and https://forocomprasonline.com/foro/ when you give the tab "foros"
I tried to delete the "foros" page and it will not let me.
How can i fix this?

Just DISABLE and remove W3TC plugin.
Or if you insist to use such a bad plugin at least exclude wpForo pages.

Similar to what exactly ? W3TC does a lot, even db caching.
I would say try WP Super Cache (Automaticc's plugin) or Comet Cache Lite.
